We take your name, phone number and scrap details only to call you back and pick up your scrap. Nothing else.
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
Your name, mobile number, area and scrap type - shared by you on call, WhatsApp, our website form or popup. Website visits also create basic technical data (pages seen, button clicks) through Google Analytics, which helps us improve the site.
2. WHY WE COLLECT IT
Only to contact you about your scrap enquiry, schedule pickup, and complete payment. We do not use your details for any other purpose.
3. WHO SEES IT
Only our pickup team. We never sell your details. When you reach us through Google or Meta ads, those platforms process basic interaction data under their own privacy policies (Google, Meta).
4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Enquiry details are kept up to 12 months for repeat pickups and records, then deleted on request.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
